The
Devoncove Hotel Glasgow is conveniently situated
between Glasgow’s commercial heart and The West End, one of the city’s
most exclusive quarters - home to an impressive array of Museums, Commercial
Art Galleries and an eclectic mix of boutiques, antique and book stores,
bars and restaurants. We are based at931 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow which
is one of the UK’s most renowned thoroughfares that spans for nearly
two miles from the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall in the centre to Kelvingrove
Park in the West where the Devoncove Hotel is situated. Please scroll down

From the M74 and M8 East and M80
1. Follow all signs for the M8 Glasgow City Centre, heading west.
2. Exit at Junction 18 signposted Charing Cross and keep to the right as you exit this slip road.
3. Continue ahead at the first set of traffic lights and turn right at the second set of lights. Keep to the left. At the next set of lights continue ahead onto Berkley Street and keep to the left. Follow the road all the way to the bottom where you will notice a natural progression to the right. Follow the road until you come to the junction where you will turn left onto Sauchiehall Street. The Devoncove hotel is approximately 500 metres on the left hand side.
From Glasgow Aiport and M8 West. (approx. 10 miles away)
1. Follow all signs to Glasgow City Centre on the M8 Motwoway and exit at Junction 19, signposted "City Centre". This sliproad sweeps to the right. Keep to the left lane and at the traffic lights turn left up the hill.
2. At the following set of traffic lights, turn left down the hill in to St. Vincent Street. Go straight through the next two sets of traffic lights where you will see the M8 motorway passing underneath.
3. Follow the road ahead for approximately half a mile. As you pass through the next two sets of traffic lights you will notice a police station on your left. From this point, continue for approximately 500 metres and turn right into Derby Street. At the junction turn left into Sauchiehall Street where the Devoncove Hotel is situated on your immediate left. Our car park is situated to the rear of the hotel.
By Taxi from Glasgow International Airport
Taxis are available for hire from the rank outside the UK Arrivals Hall. Taxi fares from Glasgow Airport to the Devencove Hotel are approximately £15.
Travelling by Train
Two mainline rail stations serve Glasgow, both of which are situated in the commercial centre of the city. Glasgow Central Station and Glasgow Queen Street are equidistant from the Devoncove Hotel on Sauchiehall Street and approximately a 10-minute taxi ride away. Regular bus services from Central Station, numbers 16, 18 and 57 leave from Hope Street and stop outside the Devoncove Hotel.
