Please read the below and take note before arriving to to the hotel.

There’s some really important detail here.

ID: When you arrive at the hotel, we will need to take a copy of your government issued ID (passport or driving license preferred). Our business policy requires identification to verify a guest’s identity. This is for the protection of the hotel and the person checking in to the hotel to prevent fraud and to protect other guests of the hotel. If you are unable to present valid ID, you may not be able to stay with us.

PRE-AUTHORISATION: We will take a £100 pre-authorisation transaction per room per stay. This is only a hold on £100 from your account for the duration of your stay and it is then released back to your account within 3-5 business days*. We do not accept cash deposits; it must only be on a valid credit or debit card in the guests’ name. If someone else is making your booking and is paying for your booking and wishes to be responsible for your security deposit, we will need an email confirmation from the cardholder, in advance. If you have a pet, pre-authorisation will be £400, see below section mentioned ‘Pets’ for more details. We will also need to see your credit/debit card at check-in.

BREAKFAST: If you have booked the bed & breakfast rate, please note this is the Continental breakfast served between 7am – 9.30am Monday – Friday. 8am – 10am Saturday – Sunday. If you would like to pay this must be done at reception in advance (check-in or the night before), continental breakfast is: £10 per person, per day. Full cooked breakfast is £15 per person, per day.

EXPRESS BREAKFAST: We offer a breakfast pack to take-away for your convenience. Please ensure you make a reservation by 10pm the night before if you would like an express breakfast pack.

EXPRESS CHECK-OUT: On the day of departure, you can quickly and easily check-out when passing by reception, by dropping your keycards into the box at the reception desk.

CAR PARK: We have a private car park to the rear of the hotel. To enter you must call the hotel number and provide your check-in details so that we can give you access. The spaces are available on a first come basis and we do not reserve spaces. At the weekend, please note there is neighbouring street parking.

PETS: We have a very limited number of rooms suitable for you and your pet, so it is essential that you phone or email us directly if you’re looking to stay with us and bring your pet. There is an additional charge of at least £18 per pet, per night, please call to confirm. We also take a £400 pre-authorisation charge when you stay with your pet, instead of the above mentioned £100 pre-authorisation. Your pet is expected to be house trained and not disrupt our other guests. We do not have any pet beds available as you are expected to bring your own – as your pet is not allowed to sleep on the bed. We only have double rooms available to suit you and your pet.

FOOD & BEVERAGES: Only food and beverages purchased on site in our restaurant may be consumed on these premises. Any outside food, such as takeaway or deliveries are prohibited from the hotel. Any guests found to be in breach of this condition will be charged £30. Guests enjoy a 10% discount on food at our onsite restaurant, Beneroti.

SMOKING: Please note that we are a non-smoking Hotel. There are outdoor terraces at the front of the Hotel which can be used for smoking. Please refrain from smoking in our rooms and pubic areas. There is a £150 charge for non-compliance.
